Raynsway bend over backwards to help new tenants
Raynsway Properties have relocated within 2 weeks after new tenants; SWA expressed a keen interest in Rayns House, situated on the prestigious Watermead Business Park in North Leicester.
SWA approached Raynsway Properties after spotting the modern ground floor office suite situated in Rayns House was available through the agents Lambert Smith Hampton.
SWA, which started as a home run business in 2004 and grown to a total of 40 staff is today one of the fastest growing training and development companies in the country providing business support, accredited and be-spoke training and funding provision. The Get into Training is a unique offshoot of SWA. it a separate brand which provides a whole range of short open courses across a whole range of business subjects which have been delivered to hundreds of people locally.
Steve Walker, Managing Director of SWA comments,” We chose Rayns House because of many factors including the appearance of the building, the grounds in which it resides and the organisations that are also based onsite are ideally matched to the image that we are fast developing. Raynsway Properties have delivered a fantastic service from the very first time we discussed our requirements. The Raynsway team ‘bent over backwards’ to ensure that every requirement was met quickly and amicably. It is important to our company that we have ‘great’ working relationships with key stakeholders and Raynsway have certainly built ours very quickly. Thanks again for your support’’
Carrie Potter, Marketing Assistant for Raynsway Properties states, “It was a challenge to move out of our office and into our new premises in a two week slot, but with all of the Raynsway team pulling together we moved with no hitches and was up and running again within a few hours. We are delighted to welcome SWA to Watermead Business Park, the building has just the right image for their company and we feel that the excellent location will certainly help them become one of the largest training companies in the region.”
